Dr. R. Andrew Paskauskas is a multidisciplinary researcher with expertise in bioinformatics, medical sciences, and biotechnology. He holds an MSc in Bioinformatics from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Science and Technology from the University of Toronto, where he focused on the history of medicine and neuroscience, particularly the early work of Freud and Ernest Jones. His research led to the publication of The Complete Correspondence between Sigmund Freud and Ernest Jones by Harvard University Press.
Dr. Paskauskas was a Canada Research Fellow at McGill University and has contributed significantly to the study of early neurological theories. He later served as Chief Scientist at Biomolecular Pharma, where he led research on brain cancer using computational biology, including work with Nobel laureate Dr. David Baker.
His recent research focuses on cybersecurity, 5G security, quantum computing, and AI-driven diagnostics. He has also explored the MS-measles virus link and developed computational models for new brain cancer treatments.
Dr. Paskauskas is the Keynote Speaker and Chair of the 2025 Infectious Diseases Conference in Dubai, where he will share insights on neurotropic pathogens, biomedical innovation, and advanced diagnostics.
