We are pleased to support international participants attending the World Congress on Biomass & Energy Conversion 2026 in Paris, France.
Upon successful registration and payment, participants who require a visa to enter France may request an official Letter of Invitation and other supporting conference documents to assist with their visa application process.

  •  Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. 
  •  The conference organizers cannot influence or guarantee visa issuance. 
  •  Participants are encouraged to apply for their visa well in advance of the conference dates. 
  •  Any expenses related to visa applications, travel, accommodation, or embassy requirements are the responsibility of the participant. 
  •  In the event of a visa refusal, refund requests will be handled according to the conference cancellation and refund policy.
