Uchenna Cosmas Ugwu, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Public Health Education at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria, and Founder/Research Lead of the Global Health, Ageing, Mental Health and Rehabilitation Research Group (GHAMR-RG). His research focuses on lifestyle medicine, healthy ageing, chronic disease prevention and management, diabetes, mental health, and health promotion in low- and middle-income countries. He has authored more than 75 peer-reviewed publications in leading international journals and has presented invited lectures and scientific papers at conferences across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Dr. Ugwu actively serves as a peer reviewer and scientific committee member for several international journals and conferences. As an Organizing Committee Member, he is committed to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, advancing evidence-based research, and promoting innovative strategies for chronic disease prevention and healthier populations worldwide.
