Biography
Professor Eduard Babulak, D.Sc., Ph.D. is an internationally recognized scholar, researcher, educator, and professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering, computer science, and information technologies. He has held numerous leadership roles as an editor, reviewer, conference chair, and keynote speaker at prestigious institutions worldwide, including the University of Cambridge, MIT, the University of Oxford, and leading universities across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Professor Babulak is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), Senior Member of IEEE and ACM, and has served as an expert consultant for the European Commission's Horizon 2020 programme and the U.S. National Science Foundation. His outstanding contributions to engineering, research, and education have earned him international recognition from several professional organizations.
