Dr. Elena Sandri is a Lecturer and Researcher at the Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir, Spain, where she is affiliated with the Human Nutrition and Dietetics Program. Her academic and research work focuses on public health, lifestyle medicine, culinary medicine, nutrition education, disease prevention, and sustainable dietary practices.
