Biography

Florjana Rustemi is a Doctor of Pharmacy with a background in health financing in Albania and in the European region, pricing and reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment, health insurance scheme, medicines pricing policies, health economics, good practices and management in the healthcare system. Known for her expertise in individualized chemotherapy treatment, cost-effective medicine, forecasting and budgeting of medicines and medical devices, procurement of medicines and medical devices, quality in healthcare system, research and development of new medicines, clinical study of new medicines, pharmacology, Dr. Florjana Rustemi is dedicated to Education and Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences and access of medicines in Albania. With a Ph. D in Clinical, Hospital, and Managed Care Pharmacy from the University of Medicine Tirana, Department of Pharmacy, Dr. Florjana Rustemi continues to excel in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
