Biography

R. Andrew Paskauskas, PhD (Toronto), MSc (Oxford), is a computational scientist and researcher whose work spans the history and philosophy of science, knowledge engineering, and AI-driven drug discovery. He co-developed the MSMV (Multiple Sclerosis Measles Virus) Hypothesis with Dr. William Tucker, published in Medical Hypotheses. His current research applies AI-assisted computational workflows to identifying therapeutically active metabolite combinations in brain cancer chemotherapy, work that is the subject of a filed US provisional patent. He has served as a Keynote Speaker and Chair at the Global Conference on Infectious Diseases (Dubai, 2025) and the European Summit on Pharmacology (Amsterdam, 2026), and is scheduled as a keynote speaker at Euro Cancer 2026 in Berlin. He is a Senior Research Associate and Strategic Lead at the Lithuanian Cybercrime Centre of Excellence (L3CE) in Vilnius and the author of a monograph published by Harvard University Press.
