Dr. Zhengyu Chen, PhD, Senior Colonel Pharmacist (Retired), FFIP, FIP China Envoy,
He is the Immediate Past President of Military and Emergency Pharmacy Section (MEPS), FIPï¼International Pharmaceutical Federationï¼, served as MEPS President from 2010 to 2016, MEPS Vice President from 2008 to 2010.
He has been military pharmacist of the Health Department of the General Logistics Department, CPLA for 18 years, in charge of the military's health foreign affairs, United Nations peacekeeping medical care, medicine regulations and inspections, controlled medicines, electronic medicine supervision codes, "Pharmaceutical Journal of the People's Liberation Army", etc.
He received Military Special Talent Allowance (2008), Rising Star of "Three Stars Talents " (2010).
He has over 50 research articles in peer-reviewed journals
Over two hundreds of presentations at international and national conferences.
