Biography
Dr.Shanmugam, is presently working as Chief Scientist (“G”) and Group Leader , Environmental Engineering and Sciences, at CSIR- Central Leather Research Institute (27 years) and previously as Scientist in the Environmental Division of CSIR-Central Road research Institute, New Delhi (7 years) researched in the field of Environmental Engineering and Sciences with a special focused on building lab scale and filed level Bio-refinery plant for the sequential production of Bio-diesel, bio-ethanol, Bio-hydrogen and Bio-methane for commercial applications operating cars, busses and trucks with high circularity, car neutrality and sustainability in industrial and municipal organic solid waste management practices
