Dr. Wang Feng is a Senior Lecturer in Physical and Health Education at Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI), Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Malaya, with research focused on the effects of Taichi and Qigong on physical, mental, and socio spiritual health in university students with obesity. He also earned a Master’s in Chinese Traditional Sports from Wuhan Sports University and a Bachelor’s in Social Sport from Yangtze University.
His research interests include mind-body exercises, health promotion, and sport pedagogy. He has published widely in journals such as Medicine (Baltimore), Holistic Nursing Practice, and BMC Public Health, and serves as a reviewer for SSCI and SCOPUS-indexed journals. He is also on the editorial boards of several international journals and currently supervises Ph.D. students in related fields.
Dr. Wang is a certified Wushu Examiner and Health Qigong Instructor, with extensive experience teaching in China and Malaysia. He is fluent in Mandarin and English and actively integrates traditional Chinese practices into modern health education.
